This 1933 Ford is a full-fendered roadster that was refurbished and modified by Hot Rod Machine of El Sobrante, California, between 2007 and 2012. The steel body is finished in Brewster Green with black fenders and is mounted to a custom-built boxed frame that has been fitted with a chrome drilled and dropped Super Bell axle, hairpin radius rods, and rear ladder bars. Power comes from a 286ci flathead V8 fitted with an Offenhauser intake manifold and heads as well as a “beehive” oil filter housing, triple Stromberg 97 carburetors, and a dual exhaust system. Additional details include burgundy leather upholstery, a rumble seat, staggered 16″ wire wheels, concealed front disc brakes, a Halibrand quick-change rear axle, and a three-speed manual transmission. The car was awarded a 1st place class award at the 2019 Grand National Roadster Show and was acquired by the current owner in 2022. Work performed in preparation for the sale consisted of rebuilding the carburetors, replacing the carburetor linkage, and performing upholstery repairs. This Ford street rod is now offered on dealer consignment with build records and photos, a car show award, and an Arizona title.
