This 1996 Porsche 911 Turbo is the 15th example produced for the US market, and it was delivered new to Vasek-Polak Porsche in Hermosa Beach, California. The car was acquired by the current owner in September 2000, and it has been modified with a Euro-style front bumper cover, an Alpine CD stereo, dual trunk-mounted amplifiers, a TechArt pedal set, and silver instrument bezels. Power is from a twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six that drives all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential, and additional equipment includes sport seats, a fixed rear spoiler, a power sunroof, and hollow-spoke 18″ Technology wheels that have been refinished. Work in preparation for the sale has included replacing the battery, drive belts, lid struts, and tires. This 993 Turbo is finished in Guards Red over black full leather, and it is now offered on dealer consignment with a window sticker, the owner's manual, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Oregon title.
