Description

This Dodge Charger is a NASCAR Nextel Cup Series chassis that is said to have been campaigned by Penske Racing with driver Ryan Newman and was used on road courses from 2005 to 2009. The car remained with Penske until it was purchased by the current owner in 2019, and it was most recently campaigned in vintage races in the Northwest including the 2023 Rose Cup at Portland International Raceway. Power is provided by a rebuilt 358ci V8 paired with a four-speed G-Force manual transmission. The car is finished in black #12 Alltel livery, and equipment includes a full roll cage, a fire-suppression system, power steering, a roof hatch, a rear spoiler, Goodyear slicks, 15″ Aero wheels, a fixed racing seat, and a quick-release steering wheel. This Dodge NASCAR racer was listed on BaT in November 2024 and is now offered again in Portland, Oregon, on dealer consignment with a bill of sale.
