This 1973 BMW 3.0CSi is a European-market example that is finished in Fjord Metallic over dark blue leather and powered by a replacement 3.5-liter M90 inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes 14″ wheels, yellow fog lights, a sunroof, chrome bumpers and mirrors, a Nardi steering wheel, power windows, and a Kenwood head unit. The car was acquired by the seller in 2007 and underwent a refurbishment beginning in 2012. Service in anticipation of the sale consisted of performing a valve adjustment, refinishing the valve cover, as well as replacing the starter, drive belts, sunroof seals, battery, and hood release cable. This E9 coupe is now offered on dealer consignment with partial service records, a tool kit, and a clean Oregon title.
The Karmann-built body was disassembled, stripped, and repainted in Fjord Metallic Blue. Additional paintwork was performed in 2020 by Central Auto Body of Portland, Oregon. Equipment includes vented fenders, quad headlights, yellow fog lights, a sunroof, dual mirrors, bright trim, C-pillar Roundels, and a pillarless roofline. The sunroof seals were replaced in May 2022.
