Description
This 1971 Porsche 911S coupe was purchased new in Stuttgart, Germany by a US Air Force serviceman. It was reportedly imported to California in 1974 and remained with the original owner's family until 2019. The car is finished in Light Ivory over black and Pepita upholstery and is powered by a numbers-matching 2.2-liter flat-six paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes 15″ Fuchs wheels, Koni shocks, four-wheel disc brakes, a heater, and Coco floor mats. Service in September 2021 included changing the oil and replacing the tires, spark plugs, shocks, engine mounts, fuel filter, and air filter. This 911s is now offered on dealer consignment in Oregon with owner's manuals, a tool kit, a service log, records, accessories, and a clean California title.
The body was reportedly refinished in the factory Light Ivory in the 2000s. Equipment includes color-matched bumpers with overiders, sugar scoop headlights with polished rings, a driver's side mirror, and an aluminum rear decklid with gold badging. The left turn signal lens wears a Department of Defense Vandenberg Air Force base sticker. A paint chip is present on the passenger-side fender and a scratch is noted on the decklid.
