This 1972 Porsche 914 was acquired by the selling dealer in 2018 as a stalled 914-6 GT tribute project after steel fender flares and chassis reinforcements had been fitted. Work commissioned by the selling dealer prior to a May 2020 BaT auction included disassembly of the car and a bare-metal repaint in Voodoo Blue, as well as refurbishing and upgrading the suspension and brakes. The interior was also reupholstered in black leather with custom tartan wool inserts on the seats, door panels, and dash fascia. The car is powered by a 3.6-liter flat-six from a Porsche 993 that is mated to a Type 915 transaxle equipped with a limited-slip differential. Additional equipment includes 16″ RSR-finished Fuchs wheels, 911 brakes, Elephant Racing torsion bars, Bilstein shocks, a front-mounted oil cooler, a WEVO shifter, and a MOMO Prototipo steering wheel. This 914 is now offered by the selling dealer with service records, an owner's manual, and a clean Oregon title.
