This 1962 Lotus Super Seven is a left-hand-drive Series 2 example that was delivered new to London, England, and imported to the US under previous ownership. It is finished in exposed aluminum with red fenders over red upholstery and powered by a 1,500cc Ford inline-four equipped with dual Weber 45mm DCOE carburetors paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Additional equipment includes an alloy nose cone, 13″ wheels, dual adjustable windscreens, a roll bar, Koni coilovers, upgraded brake calipers and rotors, a Burns exhaust system, Simpson four-point harnesses, and a wooden shift knob. The car was acquired by the current owner in 2018, and work carried out in August 2022 consisted of removing the engine and gearbox to replace the seals, clutch, gasket, distributor, speedometer cable, shift lever, and fluids. This Super Seven is now offered on dealer consignment in Oregon with partial service records, Historic Lotus Register paperwork, spare parts, an owner's manual, and a clean Texas title.
