This 1966 Jaguar XKE is a Series I roadster that was manufactured on March 11, 1965, and distributed new in the US through Jaguar Cars of New York. It is finished in Opalescent Silver Blue over Dark Blue leather and power comes from a 4.2-liter inline-six mated to a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a black soft top, three SU carburetors, chrome 15″ wire wheels, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, and a vintage-style aftermarket AM/FM radio. The car was acquired by the current owner in 2019, and subsequent work consisted of reupholstering the interior, refinishing the valve covers, as well as replacing the shocks, exhaust system, and ignition components. This Series I XKE roadster is now offered on dealer consignment with recent records, a repair manual, a Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate, and a clean Oregon title.
