This 1970 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia convertible is finished in red over black vinyl upholstery and powered by a replacement 1,776cc flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes a black soft top, polished 15″ Fuchs wheels, Bilstein shocks, chrome bumpers, wood trim, a Gene Berg shifter, an aftermarket exhaust system, and a Sapphire IX radio. The car was acquired by the current owner in 2011, and subsequent work consisted of rebuilding the engine, retrimming the interior, and overhauling the suspension and braking systems. Service in preparation for the sale included replacing the battery and valve cover gaskets along with performing a valve adjustment and an oil change. This Karmann Ghia convertible is now offered at no reserve on dealer consignment in Oregon with recent service records, an owner's manual, and a clean California title.
