This MidStates Classic is a Cobra replica that was built in 1990 and is powered by a 351ci Windsor V8 linked with a Tremec five-speed manual transmission and a Jaguar XJ6 differential. The fiberglass bodywork is finished in Deep Jewel Green over black upholstery and additional equipment includes a black soft top, side windows, 15″ Minilite wheels, Wilwood disc brakes, a Mustang II front subframe, a Jaguar XKE rear suspension, Trick Flow Specialties aluminum cylinder heads, a Holley 650-cfm carburetor, a polished roll hoop, side-exit exhaust pipes, and Stewart-Warner gauges. The car was acquired in 2017 by the current owner, and work carried out in February 2023 included installing a horn and performing a brake fluid flush and an oil change. This MidStates Classic Cobra replica is now offered on dealer consignment with build sheets, service records dating to 1989, and an Oregon title listing the vehicle as a 1966 Cobra.
