This 1973 Jaguar XKE Series III 2+2 is a running project that was acquired by the current owner on BaT in October 2021 after being removed from long-term storage. The car is finished in blue over Biscuit leather upholstery and is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes knock-off wire wheels with earless spinners as well as chrome bumpers, quadruple exhaust outlets, four Zenith-Stromberg carburetors, and a Panasonic AM/FM cassette stereo. Service in anticipation of the sale consisted of rebuilding the carburetors and changing the oil. This XKE is now offered on dealer consignment at no reserve with a Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate and a clean Oregon title.
