Description
This 1959 Volkswagen Transporter is a single-cab pickup model that was acquired by the current owner in 2018 and subsequently refurbished. Work included refinishing the body in Dove Blue, reupholstering the gray interior, and fitting a Busware canopy, safari front windows, rubber bed mat, and 12-volt electrical system. Power is provided by a replacement single-port 1.6L flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle and gear reduction boxes. An inspection and oil change were carried out in anticipation of the sale.
